Each member is only permitted to hold one active account at rp8. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
All bonuses and promotions offered by rp8 carry wagering requirements (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn. Full conditions are stated on the promotions page.
To ensure the security of all parties, your first withdrawal requires completed identity verification (KYC). Required documents include a copy of your identification card and proof of payment method.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at rp8. This covers one account per IP address, device, email address, phone number, identification number, and payment method. Should rp8 detect multiple accounts held by the same individual, all associated accounts will be immediately suspended and all balances therein may be confiscated.
Warning: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses or evade restrictions constitutes fraud and will be met with strict action, including reporting to the relevant authorities.
Rp8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during registration, prior to processing your first withdrawal, or during routine security reviews. Documents that may be required include a copy of your Malaysian identity card, recent bank statement, utility bill, and any other supporting documents deemed necessary by rp8.
Rp8 accepts deposits via a variety of secure, approved payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and local bank transfers. All deposits are processed instantly once the transaction is confirmed by the respective payment provider.
The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the rp8 platform deposit page at the time the transaction is made. rp8 reserves the right to amend the minimum deposit limit at any time.

Fund withdrawals from your rp8 account are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be fully met before any withdrawal request is processed.
Successfully verified withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform's withdrawal page. Withdrawals via FPX and local e-wallets are typically processed quickly, while bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the respective bank's internal processes.
Rp8 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to believe that fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where requested verification documents have not been submitted.
Rp8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time as part of its member rewards program. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.
All received bonuses must have their wagering requirements met before any winnings derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement rate is stated on the respective promotions page.
Each bonus has a validity period clearly stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses or wagering requirements not fulfilled within the specified period will be automatically forfeited without any compensation.
Remember: Registering multiple accounts solely to claim welcome bonuses is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed except where there is clear evidence of a technical failure. In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, rp8 will use system data to determine a fair result.

In the rare event that a technical disruption or system failure compromises the integrity of a game, rp8 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund the original wager amount to the member's account without any additional interest or compensation.

Rp8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Passwords are stored in encrypted form and cannot be viewed by any rp8 staff. Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended for all members.
You may close your rp8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance in your account may be withdrawn subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.
